Sometimes people come to us for advice before they find the perfect home. We usually advise them to take these steps:

You will want to know how much you can afford to pay for your home. Usually your bank will go through your financial situation and advise you of an amount you can borrow. This is known as pre-approval.
This process can take anywhere from several days to weeks, so it’s good to arrange pre-approval before you start looking for properties.
STEP 2
Property
Enjoy yourselves as you scroll through home listings on the internet. Have fun as you wear out the soles of your shoes going to open houses.
When you find the perfect home, contact the real estate agent and make an offer.
Once your offer is accepted, move on to the next step!
STEP 3

Once you have had your offer accepted, you should provide our details to the real estate agent and let us know you have found the perfect home.
We will guide you through the process of obtaining pre-inspection reports (such as building and pest inspections) and formal loan approval, as well as all the other usual steps for buyers.
